At Access Partnership, as Head of Multilateral Engagement, she advised leading fintech, cloud, and platform companies and advanced their interests in international discussions.

Over her career, Erika has built and led industry coalitions, driven successful advocacy campaigns, and engaged with multilateral organizations to promote balanced, innovation-friendly policy outcomes. As Secretary for Internet Works, she championed policies that uphold innovation, freedom of expression, and consumer choice. She has also held senior roles at EY, Baker McKenzie, and the OECD, contributing to the development of foundational digital policy frameworks across jurisdictions.
